If you are new to the Academy and this forum set up, you might find these tips helpful.
When posting a message, just below the box that you write your comment in is a "subscribe to this topic" box. If you check the box before you post your message, you will get an email notice if someone responds to your message. This can be helpful if you have a question. You will know when it has been answered.
Below the Subscribe box there is a place to attach an image. You can upload a photo here in the forum which can later be added to the gallery. This can be helpful if you are referring to something in your post.
You may need to reduce the size of your image file. Try to keep the size under 800 pixels (ideal is 500 x 500), the dpi should not be more than 100. For help on reducing an image size see our tutorial in the library by clicking here.
After you post a message, if you need to you can edit it. Find it in the forum and click on the red edit button on the right of your post. Remember to click the edit button at the bottom when you have finish making your changes.
I hope these tips are helpful for you.
